The Wellness Program is a perfect balance of Yoga, Ayurveda and Knowledge. The weekend-long program nudges your attitude from ‘disease’ to ‘health’. It is designed to take you through various effective and practical wellness practices that invite health, wealth and happiness into your life.

Our Methodology

Our wellness solution are most relevant in today’s context of a generally stressful lifestyle, demands at workplace, demands at a personal and societal levels.

Simple and easy-to-follow practical tips that have their origins in āyurveda are shared. These regular suggestions help to not only to make a difference in life but also make life different.

Fitness is the priority. Some basic yogasanas are taught that help the body-mind complex to remain energized and active throughout the day.

Life throws up innumerable challenges. That which equips you to face them head on is knowledge. When this knowledge gets deeply embedded in you, it is wisdom. We share our timeless knowledge with you to help you live a happier and fuller life.

Moola mantras - our underlying philosophy

i) Dharma artha kāma mokshānam ārogyam moolam uthamam ||

Dharma are the moral values and duties in life and artha, the economic values. k*ā*ma is pleasure or desire which drives life. moksha are the spiritual values that help an individual grow as a human being. These offer an individual a blueprint for life. The right values of dharma are the cornerstones for artha to be meaningful. The prosperity of artha will be needed to support k*ā*ma. The path of spiritual growth culminating in moksha is a beautiful balance of dharma, artha, and k*ā*ma. The seamless interweaving of these four pursuits in life makes life healthy and happy.

ii) Swasthasya swāsthya rakshanam

Protecting the health of the healthy is another core tenet of āyurveda. The attitude that the healthy don’t need any looking after and can eat and sleep at will, can destroy health in no time. The Wellness Program brings out the health nurturing aspects of āyurveda making it very practical yet interesting. āyurveda does not work on “one size fits all”. It is a customized and individualized approach to health.

iii) Sarvam pancha bhautikam


Everything, living and non-living, is made up of the pancha māhābhoota, the five basic elements; ākāsha, vāyu, agni, jala and prithvi. The universe we live in, the food we ingest and our bodies are all made up of these five elements. The Wellness Program helps to decode these building blocks to give you a deeper understanding of the workings of the body-mind complex. When all these aspects were catered to, WELLNESS - mental, physical, emotional and financial - became an inseparable part of life.
